Frances Cahill, Emerald Writing and Training Services
Frances Cahill worked in the public sector for 28 years. Her career has included stints at Radio 2EA and SBS TV , living in Aurukun, Western Cape York for five months and while living in Tasmania performing the ‘blue-footed-booby-will-you-marry-me-dance’ in front of a group of local politicians and dignitaries as a Joey Scout leader.
Her academic background is in Linguistics and she has been writing for over 30 years. She has launched her own business as a wordsmith and her dreams are being realised in the world of writing and training.
With humour and warmth, she will let you in on the secrets of grammar and good writing and what it is like to be a proud grammar nerd.
