"Last night 7/12/2011 we attended the invitation only closed shop purchasing night at Harvey Norman, Albany Creek. Great time. Sausages were great, good to see so many buying for a good cause. Bought a couple of items but the best part was the great information
we got from the staff. They really have a handle on the products they sell. We will definitely be back and with friends as well. Shame the night was wet and cool, think more would have come along if it had been fine and warm. Great job!

"Hi Simon, We had one of the BNCC members, Dan from Ovenu, come to our home to clean our BBQ - he specialises in cleaning ovens and BBQ's. He did a fantastic job - the BBQ looks like new - I did not think that the stainless steel would ever look so shiney
and new again. Along with everything else, he cleaned the cupboards underneath the tray and the pull down cover, as well as cleaning the plates. The BBQ we had last night was great - still all of the delicious flavours without the old grease. We are very happy
to recommend his services to others - thanks Dan!"

The BNCC fulfils an essential role in bringing a diverse group of business people together in a variety of ways from breakfast and lunch keynote addresses to more informal night-time networking. It was great to be in an environment where introducing yourself to people you don’t know is actually expected and a number of ladies also came up to me too and said Hi and asked me about my business. It’s certainly not threatening at all and has given me the confidence to make the first approach, too. From that very first event, not only have I exchanged business with other Hub members, but they have also referred their customers to me. "Running a small business can be a very lonely job. Unlike larger Business, we don't have the support of our fellow employees. For this reason, I find the BNCC invaluable. I have been a Member for over 3 years now (Executive Member for one) and enjoy meeting other local Business Owners at the various BNCC Events. I am a big believer in being part of a Business Community that supports each other. So why not do likewise and join our Chamber. It will be the best $187 you will ever spend (and will only get better)."
