As a Founding Partner and Director of Operations at We Are HR, I help business owners reclaim their time and energy by turning people management into a driver of sustainable growth. We founded We Are HR to bridge the gap between expensive, hands-off consultancies and the "do-it-all-alone" struggle many business owners face.
