As  an  experienced  commercial  real  estate  professional  my  passion  is  ensuring  small  to  medium  businesses  have  a  voice  while  supporting  them  with  their  property  needs,  whether  that  be,  landlord  disputes,  start  to  finish  lease  negotiations  or  lease  exit  strategies.
With  over  25  years’  experience  in  commercial  real  estate  I  have  managed  property  on  behalf  of  some  of  Australia’s  most  well-known  retail  shopping  centre  Landlords  and  a  National  tenant  in  the  retail  banking  sector.
Having  represented  both  owners  and  occupiers,  I  have  a  well-rounded  understanding  of  commercial  and  retail  property  management  needs  and  the  challenges  faced  at  all  stages  of  the  property  lifecycle.    I  have  negotiated  many  lease  assignments,  debt  repayment  plans,  Covid  abatements  and  developed  and  managed  outgoings  budgets.    If  you  haven’t  already  noticed,  I  also  have  a  love  of  numbers!!
