A  former  Tax  Director  and  lawyer,  internationally,  Eileen  is  now  a  long-term  coach  practitioner:  She  is  a  transformational  coach,  leadership  coach,  executive  coach,  and  facilitator  using  a  team  coaching  approach  to  identify  gaps  and  blind  spots  within  business  and  teams.  She  has  extensive  experience  and  background  in  business  law,  tax  law,  company  secretarial  and  governance  across  different  cultures  and  countries.  Eileen  recently  took  on  leadership  roles  with  the  Global  Supervisors’  Network  (GSN).

Eileen’s  strength  is  to  help  her  clients  see  their  real  potential,  remove  any  roadblocks  and  to  find  out  what  they  don’t  know  about  themselves,  and  their  businesss.  With  over  1500  hours  coaching  clients  across  different  cultures  and  countries,  Eileen  has  identified  similar  themes  coming  up  again  and  again.
