Hayley Birtles-Eades is the Founder and Managing Director of Beinc, a Brisbane-based design studio and brand consultancy she launched in 2016. She leads brand identity, digital and creative projects for clients both nationally and globally, and was named Business Person of the Year at the 2026 Local Business Awards. Hayley is also an ambassador for Hark Angels, a foundation building schools in Cambodia.
