25  years  accounting  &  tax  experience  in  ATO,  then  public  accounting  office  employing  up  to  25  people.
An  owner  for  30  years  including  the  last  7  years  working  in  an  engineering  business,  that  did  manufacturing  &  repair  and  sold  steel  &  plastic  products,  and  employed  10  to  20+  people  at  differing  times.
In  the  last  2  years  at  the  engineering  business,  i  worked  closely  with  a  contracted  engineer  who  progressed  QA.  I  found  that  illuminating,  and  refocused  my  subsequent  accounting  business  towards  management  accounting,  helping  clients  improve  their  financial  performance,  customer  engagement,  simplied  systems  and  consistent  innovation.
