First  Aid  Action  is  a  small  RTO  (31668)  that  has  been  providing  first  aid  training  since  2008.  Luella  is  the  CEO  and  principal  trainer  who  offers  our  clients  exceptional  in-depth  training  that  is  practical,  engaging,  fun  and  she  offers  free  zoom  sessions  to  all  her  clients  well  after  the  training  is  completed.  You  only  have  to  read  the  current  373  5  Star  Google  reviews  from  her  clients  to  know  that  they  all  love  her  training  and  service.  

If  you  are  after  a  RTO  that  offers  short  1-2  hour  first  aid  courses  then  we  are  not  the  training  provider  for  you.  Our  clients  often  comment  on  the  in-depth  scenario  based  hands-on  training  that  is  provided  and  they  walk  away  feeling  more  confident  to  be  a  first  aider  at  work  or  at  home.    Many  clients  often  contact  Luella  well  after  the  training  is  completed  to  have  free  zoom  sessions  to  help  refresh  their  memories  until  their  refresher  training  is  due.

UETDRMP018  Perform  Rescue  from  a  live  LV  Panel  (supersedes  UETDRMP007)
UETDRRF004  Perform  Rescue  from  a  live  Low  Voltage  Panel  (expires  on  13th  October  2025)
