Terms & Conditions for March Membership Promotion

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our exciting draw, where you have the chance to win a prize pack valued at over $900!

Eligibility

This promotion is only available for full one-year memberships purchased after 1 March 2024 and before 31 March 2024.
Monthly memberships are excluded from this promotion.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for the prize draw.
The promotion runs until 5pm on 31st March, with no entries accepted after this date.

Prize Draw Details

When you purchase a full-year membership during the month of March, you are automatically entered into our prize draw.
The prize consists of:
- A chance to Drive a BMW for a weekend – generously donated by Brisbane BMW.
- A $150 Maggie May voucher – kindly donated by Hallmark Hospitality.
- Overnight accommodation at The Inchcolm by Ovolo which includes breakfast for two, valued at over $500.

Entry

One entry per person per qualifying membership purchase.
No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Participants must ensure their contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

Selection and Notification of Winners

The prize draw will take place at Night Owls on 8th April.
Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven days following the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

General Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
