If you’re a small business owner looking to boost your profits, you won’t want to miss this workshop!

Rhonwyn Learner of Business in Training will introduce you to the 7 levers of profit; a series of interconnected metrics that can deliver a doubling of banked profits, when each is optimised by at least 10%.

While this workshop will involve some maths and data analysis, it is predominantly focused on strategy building. You will work through each lever, developing an optimisation strategy as you go so you can apply your learnings immediately.
