Tourism Business Digital Adaption Program

The Tourism Business Digital Adaption Program provides industry businesses with a rebate of up to $2,500 and free support to improve your digital capabilities. 

In today's fast-paced working environment, characterised by rapid technological advancements and evolving guest expectations, QTIC and the Queensland Government are providing tourism operators with essential funding and support to improve the digital proficiencies of your business.

The Tourism Business Digital Adaption Program offers a suite of benefits for your business and helps you invest in online booking platforms, leverage technology to enhance customer engagement and improve the online visitor experience to match the high-quality of your real-world tourism product. 




Approved digital providers

You can choose from a wide range of approved digital providers, whose services can be funded with the program's $2,500 rebate. 

Become an Approved Digital Provider

Round 2 is now open for digital providers to register an expression of interest in becoming listed as an Approved Digital Provider to the program. Be quick though, as registrations will close at 5pm on Wednesday 4 September.
