Youth Employment Training Australia

Youth Employment Training Australia is a leader in the provision of school-based traineeship opportunities. YETA provides businesses with a NO cost, NO insurance to take on one of their trainees. Trainee is paid a wage for time spent on the job and completes a qualification. As part of this initiative they provide the necessary WorkCover for the trainee whilst they complete their school-based traineeship. There is no charge for this service.

YETA is a not for profit organisation and pride themselves on matching great trainees with businesses across Queensland. Their service allows businesses to alleviate the administrative burden and risk associated with directly hiring trainees, whilst at the same time helping to mentor and support young Australians through vocational education pathways.  YETA specialise in the supply of trainees to host employers and this pool may provide a company such as yours with the opportunity to utilise such staff as and when you need.

YETA would like to offer BNCC members a cost free staffing solution that is no obligation.
