Brisbane's new runway is currently Australia's largest aviation construction project and there are impressive numbers to back it up:

  • It is a 360 hectare site.
  • 90% of project materials will come from South East Queensland.
  • More than 400 people working direct on the project site during peak period.
  • 89% of project employees live in Brisbane.
