NOMINATIONS OPEN FOR LORD MAYOR'S BUSINESS AWARDS

are now open for the 2019 Lord Mayor’s Business Awards.
The awards recognise Brisbane businesses and entrepreneurs who have made outstanding contributions to the continued growth of the city's economy.
Awards are free to enter and cover 11 categories including small business, social enterprise, product innovation, environmental sustainability and business person of the year.
For the first time the awards include a micro business category. Open to companies who can display excellence in running a micro business in Brisbane, the new category is specifically designed for firms with zero to four employees, including sole traders.
Nominations close 19 July at 5pm and are open to almost all businesses operating within the Brisbane Local Government Area.
The 2019 award winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner at Brisbane City Hall on Friday 18 October.
