15k Business Booster
A new round of business grants is opening to applications this week.
With funding of up to $15,000 available, the State Government’s Business Boost Grant is designed to help organisations build capacity for future growth.
Eligible activities include strategic planning projects; specialised and automated software; as well as staff development initiatives.
Applicants will need to fall within a very specific turnover range of between $300k and $600k. Grant funding will only be provided as an end of project reimbursement and those applying will need to contribute at least 30% of total project costs.
Further information about the grant can be found here. Be sure to check out the handy eligibility tool as well as the co-contribution calculator.
The Business Boost Grant is the third in a series of small business grants announced by the State Government earlier this year.
The $5000 Business Basic Grants proved incredibly popular and was fully subscribed within hours of opening for applications in late May.
The $50,000 Business Growth Fund is designed for high growth businesses with grants being awarded via a competitive assessment process. The fund has now closed for applications to the first stage mentoring process. Those who have completed a mentoring session can now submit a formal application. Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to a final stage pitch session.
