Looking Ahead To Brisbane '32
Olympic 'forests', more than $8b of investment and even flying cars were on the menu as northside business leaders gathered to hear about
the lead up to the 2032 games.
Marking 10 years to go to Brisbane 2032, this year’s BNCC Business Breakfast welcomed guest speaker, Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner.
The Lord Mayor outlined how the games will put Brisbane on the map as a global city. He discussed the lead up to the games including infrastructure investment , local procurement opportunities, and the ongoing legacy for the city.
Another key topic on the breakfast agenda was Brisbane's current lack of housing. The Lord Mayor outlined the council's work to
re-purpose sections of the city to take pressure off the rental market.
More than 100 guests gathered for this year’s breakfast at the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre.
The breakfast was BNCC’s first signature event for the year with the chamber celebrating its 25th anniversary throughout 2022.

The 2022 BNCC Business Breakfast was proudly sponsored by 96 five Family Radio.
