Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce presents a special event for northside business owners .

The half-day Mentally Wellthy Seminar and High Tea is specially designed to boost your resilience and mental health awareness.

Presenter, Donna Thistlethwaite, will lead a series of workshops that will assist you in understanding mental health, why it matters, as well as the symptoms and signs you should look out for.

With 53% of Queensland business owners reporting that they, or someone in their business, is experiencing mental health challenges, the seminar is a timely event where participants can expect to come away with increased confidence in their understanding of mental health and how best to respond to issues when they arise. The seminar also includes a workshop looking at how to build workplace resilience with participants taking away an action plan to boost their resilience.
