Grant Open: UQ Agri-Food Innovation Alliance Industry Kickstarter
Industry Kickstarter Grant scheme
The Industry Kickstarter Grant scheme offers your agribusiness or SME the chance to collaborate with UQ academics on research with commercial impact.
By linking research with business, the 6-month grants are designed to help you find solutions to specific industry challenges.
Round 4 now open
The fourth round of the Industry Kickstarter Grant scheme is now open. Grants in the range of $10,000 to $30,000 are offered to successful applications for projects up to 6 months.
The Industry Kickstarter grant is
offered by the UQ Agri-Food Innovation Alliance to help academics and industry conduct co-designed and collaborative research that will have
a clear pathway of impact within the agri-food sector and provide the partnership with impactful research to leverage further external
funding.
Work together with your existing UQ research partner on a project idea and submit an application prior to closing date on Friday
23 February 2024.
If you do not have a UQ research partner, submit an expression
of interest with
your project idea and we will endeavour to find you a suitable academic from UQ. Expressions of interest will close on Friday
26 January 2024.
More information about the grant application process can be found here.
