Terms & Conditions for March Membership Promotion

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our exciting draw, where you have the chance to win a prize pack valued at over $900!

Eligibility

• This promotion is only available for full one-year memberships purchased after 1 March 2024 and before 31 March 2024.
• Monthly memberships are excluded from this promotion.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for the prize draw.
• The promotion runs until 5pm on 31st March, with no entries accepted after this date.
  

Prize Draw Details

• When you purchase a full-year membership during the month of March, you are automatically entered into our prize draw.
• The prize consists of:
  • A chance to Drive a BMW for a weekend – generously donated by Brisbane BMW.
  • A $150 Maggie May voucher – kindly donated by Hallmark Hospitality.
  • Overnight accommodation at The Inchcolm by Ovolo which includes breakfast for two, valued at over $500.

Entry

• One entry per person per qualifying membership purchase.
• No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
• Participants must ensure their contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

Selection and Notification of Winners

• The prize draw will take place at Night Owls on 8th April.
• Winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven days following the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

General Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
• By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
