UniSC: New Round of Free Courses

UniSC, in collaboration with the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) and Jobs Queensland (JQ), offer a suite of free microcredential courses designed to help businesses and regions establish the fundamentals for long term success.

Registrations are now open for 2024 courses, offering expanded options and greater flexibility to meet your needs.
You will have the opportunity to develop customised workforce plans to drive success for your organisation.

Course 1: Workforce Planning for Business

Ideal for Queensland business owners, managers, directors, as well as People and Culture/Human Resources specialists and business support professionals seeking to build effective workforce plans for their organisation or department.
The next course offering starts in mid-August 2024, with a study mode of 2 hours per week for 7 weeks.

Course 2: Workforce Planning for Regions

A specialised course designed for Queensland local government team members, Regional Jobs Committee stakeholders and anyone interested in developing a regional workforce plan.
Choose Your Study Mode: 
  • 2 hours per week for 7 weeks on the Sunshine Coast (or online) from Tuesday 8 October 2024
  • 2-day intensive in Brisbane City (or online) on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November 2024
