Tameka Bramwell is the senior HR and Quality Consultant with Bramwell Partners, a family owned and operated firm which supports other businesses to develop their HR, Safety and Quality Systems.

Wayne and Tameka began Bramwell Partners in 2009 when they identified one of the biggest challenges facing business was the systemization and documentation of business processes.

Today the team at Bramwell Partners consist of like-minded professionals with over 120 years of experience, all sharing a common goal to help businesses to establish a sustainable platform for growth.

Bramwell Partners specialise in Workforce Planning, Workplace Investigations, Performance Development, Risk Management as well as Quality, Environmental and OH&S systems.

Tameka says she is passionate about helping to empower leadership teams towards personal and professional success.

“We focus on continuous improvement by providing proactive, hands on support in the development of business systems."

Away from the office Tameka works with Rural Aid and Farm Aid. She also volunteers at the Ann St Presbyterian Church helping people who are unemployed to find work.
