Attendees should come prepared with the following as they will be used throughout the workshop:
- Your laptop
- Access to the back-end of your website
- Access to Google Analytics and Google My Business account
- Access to heatmapping software (if available)
- Access to your marketing reports, whether these are social media or otherwise.
